Please notice our current cancellation conditions for the rental and ski lessons

• If you cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the course, you will receive 100 % of your booking amount back, stating the reasons.
• If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the course, you will receive a refund of 50 % of your booking amount, stating the reasons.
• If you cancel between 0 and 24 hours before the start of the course, no refund will be given.

If you book over several days, you will be reimbursed proportionally for the days not used. Example: You have booked a five-day course and have already skied two days. Depending on the time of the cancellation, you will be reimbursed proportionally for the three unused days.

In case of injury or illness, you will receive 100 % of your booking amount back on presentation of a medical certificate, regardless of the time of the cancellation.
